To celebrate 30 years of the Shirley Sherwood Gallery in Kew Gardens, a new exhibition, ‘Modern Masterpieces of Botanical Art’ will open on the 16th November. Split into geographical regions, the exhibition will bring together a diverse range of work from across the world. There will also be an exhibition space dedicated to work by artists from the British Isles. It’s on until March 2020 so there’s plenty of time to visit. Click here for more information
The Bloom in the Park festival opens on Thursday 30 May in Phoenix Park, Dublin, and it features the seventh annual Botanical and Floral Art in Bloom exhibition. The exhibition will remain on show after Bloom until the 27th of June, so there will be plenty of time to see the paintings.
Botanical Images Scotia – BISCOT – 2019 exhibition is almost here. It is at the John Hope Gateway, RBGE, (Entrance via Arboretum Place) from Wednesday the 5th to Thursday the 20th of June 2019. It is open from 10am to 5pm daily, closing earlier at 3pm on the 20th of June.
